Tom and Adam did exactly what I hired them for…replace an old fence with a new fence.
The suggestions and explanation of the whole process along with the estimate I received from Adam were helpful and fair. Tom and his crew worked hard and they were respectful of my property…didn’t leave any mess.

Adam was the initial person I spoke with on getting a quote. He was very friendly and helped me decide on a fence. I went with a shadow box cedar with about a 275ft run.
Price was in-line at the middle. It wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive.
Tom came out here with his crew and got the job done great. It took a a bit longer than usual due to the covid-19 impact but he did an amazing job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail blew away my expectations.
Crew was always nice, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves. Anytime I had questions or took a peak at the job in progress — I was excited — they were very nice about it always explained what they were doing and answered my questions.
Anytime I had a question or concern Tom and Adam always replied and answered my phone calls. I appreciate the honesty and forward with info they have been.
Overall, I’m very happy with the decision I made to go with this company. My father also had work done with them and loved it. This is how I was referred. Definitely check them out and give them a shot.

Tom and Adam are hardworking and produce a great product. They put in a custom fence to help enclose 3 plus acres. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. I would highly recommend using them.

When we originally called for an estimate we weren’t 100% sure what type of fencing we wanted to get and Tom was very patient with us as we discussed different options and was happy to write up a new estimate after we made some changes from our original discussion. definitely recommend this company!
I had Paromount Fencing out to my house in October. Once I gave them the down payment I never heard from them again until I started calling and calling and just kept getting excuses on why they had not been out to put up my fence. I was getting nervous because winter was coming and I have two dogs. Well about a week before Christmas I get a call from the owner stating that they will not be out until March because they close down for the winter. Their sales rep. never told me that. In a panic I found Fence Factory on line and saw the great reviews so I thought I would give them a call. I was prepared for the same song and dance. Boy was I suprised. Tom, the owner, came out to my house immediately and within a week my fence was up. I couldn’t believe it. He was so professional and did such a wonderful job that I am referring him to all my neighbors and friends. It was the best Christmas present I received. Now I do not have to worry about my dogs and the coyotes this winter.
